Dream

Branches tangled around me and through me, piercing me. Their pale arms reached towards the light blue sky. Freeze-frame. Switch. My dream becomes a woodcut of black branches on white sky in a frame which has no boundaries.

I think maybe this dream was inspired by "Sky Between Branches" by Joshua Middleton.

Hmm. I seem to be having lots of comic-book dreams lately.
