Recipe: Pot Roast

Working on my pot roast recipe(s). Addition variations I've tried (dumped over meat, potatoes, and peeled carrots). These are only working notes.

1 c. double-strength beef broth
1/2 c. vermouth/wine
1 1/2 tsp. dry thyme
1/2 tsp. rosemary
onion soup mix

Result: good, not great.
