Phil got me a laptop for my birthday! Squee!!!!!! I was beginning to feel like the last kid to be invited to the party. Now I can take my laptop to coffee shops like all the cool kids!

I am extravagently delighted.

Particularly because once it gets really hot, I'll be wanting to work in either the basement or the downtown public library (which is super-cool and also has wi-fi, so it will be like home, but with air-conditioning and no household cleaning chores).
