Postage Rates Increase

Note to self: postage rates going up again from $.39 to $.41 for a standard letter. In about a month. Eep. I hope any editors still holding back a response and an SASE of mine are kind and generous souls with a large roll of $.02 stamps.

The post office gets cranky about returning mail that was sent from a place obviously not the return address.
