Details of the Day - the Gmail panopticon

  • 23:30 Anybody who says Blade Runner sucks should be Clockwork Oranged to watch WaterWorld for an entire week as punishment.
  • 23:36 Dear Kerasotes Theatres, I do *not* want tickets to the Jonas Brothers 3D. In fact, I am afraid I may now have nightmares.
  • 10:17 MPR statement of the day: "California is a stalking horse for the federal government" (re car standards).
  • 13:29 I'm really *pleased* with the new president: tinyurl.com/a76su7
  • 18:08 Damn! Don't have offline access to gmail yet.
  • 18:19 Woo-hoo! Between sadly shutting down my laptop and starting up my desktop, I got Gmail offline enabled.

All right, who said Blade Runner sucked? Show me where he is, and I'll retire him in a heartbeat!

You know, I've thought for years that the seventh circle of hell involves a forced screening of Waterworld.....for all eternity. In fact, I've been thinking of a long list of people who may be eligible for such a fate if they don't shape up soon. That's right, Mr. Rove. I'm talking about you!

Man, I am always the only person who enjoyed Waterworld. It was a fun, silly, comic-booky, fantasy-science story with some farce thrown in. I mean, the smokers both use gas and smoke cigarettes? The inbreeding? The crayons? Fun times.

Waterwold has a bad rap

But its not *that* bad of a movie. I don't care if you're a bleeding liberal or a stone cold conservative...we should all be able to agree that Stuart Smalley Saves the Plant is the worst.movie.ever.
