Drs apt soon.

I fully expect to be told I'm having lots of Braxton-Hicks contractions (practice ones that mean nothing).

Phil fully expects me to be told that I'm on bed-rest.

But it's pregnancy! Anything could happen! Flying monkeys could come out of my cervix!

Edited to add: And the verdict is--nothing. Nothing's going on, nothing to see here, folks, move along. (No flight-capable monkeys.) Baby is still ridiculously high up and not making any plans to come out soon, despite whatever discomfort I may be feeling.

Obviously if the spawn turns out to be a flying monkey that reduces name choices to Dorothy for a girl and Oscar (aka Oz) for a boy...
