Photograph: Christmas Tomatoes

Mutant Tomatoes
Planted in June. Ripened after Christmas. Strange odd fruit born of an unnatural love and unfit for human consumption. Children two and three. Though the first tomato that ripened tasted pretty delicious on a BLT!


Shoe Tree Tomatoes
It all started when I didn't get my tomatoes planted early enough. And then was forbidden a Christmas tree. And then the two results ended up entwined together on my windowseat like hideous mutant lovers.
