Was wondering why my right wrist was bothering me today, as I didn't do a whole lot of typing yesterday. Felt quite stupid when I remembered that we had worked on joint manipulation techniques last night. Fairly fun class, though, and I can hardly wait to start the red belt material. It looks so cool.

First, though, I must learn to jump.
