Left-Handed?

I've always been reasonably deft with my left hand--definitely right-handed, but only noticing it when really *testing* my capabilities. Since I've had to use a crutch (inside the house, I only used one crutch most of the time) and a cane, both held with my right arm, I've found myself instinctively reaching for things with my left hand first, even when I'm sitting and my right hand is otherwise unoccupied.
