Then There Was Sumo

Today, there will be the Sumo Party. If you don't know what to bring, try stopping at any one of the Asian grocery stores on Nicollet between 15th and Lake. You will find something. Or look in the sake/plum wine section of the liquor store.



As is usual, I'm now all nervous that 1) nobody will show up, and 2) we'll run out of food and drink anyway. All logic and experience to the contrary. Sigh. Stupid monkey-brain.

• 13:43 There is sumo playing, and rice with exotic seasonings. I am even a leetle dolled-up. (Now *that's* a special occasion.)
• 15:47 We have *many* people over for Sumo Party already. There is pocky, and rice, and will be nori broth. One person's already taking a nap.
