Yes. Spring is my favorite season and now that we have rain and no snow, I am psyched. I expect my lilacs and my budding trees and my 75 degree days in short order. Unfortunately, there are no magnolias or sakura here.
just a note on removing you from my friends list, so you don't get the wrong idea. when i add someone, it's an offer, and when i don't get added back, i consider the offer declined - no harm done, you have your reasons, and i respect that. the offer stands regardless, i'd just rather not hang out on your unfriended friends list, like some sort of blog stalker :)

Actually, it isn't, unless the offer is limited to the super-specific "why don't you friend my livejournal this week?" I'm not declining an offer of shifting more towards friend on the "acquaintance <-> friend" scale. I'm not declining an offer to read your livejournal--I do tend to read through my also-friends fairly regularly, when I have the time and the right mindset. I'm not even necessarily declining an offer to friend you back at some point in the future.

Number one of which is that I have a limited amount of time to devote to reading my friends page.
Number two of which is that (contrary to what my livejournal sometimes looks like), I do have very specific purposes for having a livejournal, not just general socializing.
And number three of which I will tell you in person, perhaps tonight (nothing to fear, just not something I necessarily want to post).

I just thought it'd be a good idea, getting to know people from the dojang better. Possibly not something that's as high on your friend<->aquaintance scale as mine, and I can certainly understand that. Among any other reasons you may have - you really don't owe me an explanation or anything like that, I just didn't want you to think I were removing you due to any ill will.
