Yes, I'm catching up on my CSA posts, why do you ask?

This was so, so delicious, really easy to make, and a nice cuisine change-up. We had more of the cucumber/yogurt sauce than we strictly needed, but it also works well as a side dish to accompany curry or other hot foods. From the CSA: cucumber and dill. Original recipe: Real Simple.
Chicken and Dill Souvlaki
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp lemon juice
3/4 tsp. Kosher salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 chicken breasts
2 cucumbers, halved and thinly sliced
1/2 small sweet onion, thinly sliced, optional (I omitted this, as I hate raw onions. Hates them.)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill (or as much as you have on hand)
4 naan or pita breads
1/2 cup plain yogurt (recipe would probably work better if left to hang a bit to drain and thicken)
Saute the chicken breasts in butter over medium-high heat until well-browned and cooked through.
In a large bowl, combine the oil, yogurt, lemon juice, 3/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Fold in the cucumbers and dill.
Make sandwiches using the bread, chicken (sliced into strips), and cucumber-yogurt sauce.
