The Staring Statues Got to Me

Ok, the staring statues of my last post got to me. I found their presence on my desktop to be too creepy. So instead I switched to this:


I enjoy the color and texture of this--photograph? painting? I have no idea what it is, but I like the grittiness, vibrancy, and sense of expanding energy behind it.

At first I thought it was a metor hurtling towards Earth and I thought it wasn't more comforting at all.

Then I realized it was a rubberband ball, and not I'm only mildly less paranoid.

So, the wannabe terracotta soldiers creep the old Cloudscudding out, but the sizzling, shedding, Eyeball of Entropy staring at you half dead and half dying just adds 'vibrancy'.
