I might need another person to come to dinner with me tonight, my treat. It's for mystery shopping--I signed up for one at Longfellow Grill tonight, but if Phil's work takes him out to eat (which they may or may not), then I need somebody else to go with. You'd have to help me remember things like timing and who looks like what and what their names are, and of course you'd have to tell me about your food. I would pay for it, though!

Turns out there was no need for a "backup diner" anyway. But the internets are fine dinner company--or at least my laptop always tells me so.
