Contents: Zucchini, Fresh Italian Garlic, Beets, Fennel, Sweet Spanish Onions, Green Cabbage, Sauté Mix (our CSA partners took the arugula), Yellow and Green Beans, Carrots, Chard. Not shown: two huge bunches of basil from the choice box. Nothing really new this week, for once!
Alfredo sauce with tomato and a huge bunch of basil - From the CSA: huge bunch o' basil.* BLTs - Finally used the parts of the lettuce that were still good from, er, two weeks ago (scary!) in BLTs.
Thai Green Beans - Doesn't look appetizing, but is surprisingly okay. Original recipe source: Simply in Season. From the CSA: green beans, Cippolini onions, Italian garlic.
