Amazingly delicious this week: tomatillo salsa pack. New: corn on the cob.
Stuffed Tomatoes with Parmesan, Garlic, and Basil Delicious. Original recipe (that I modified): America's Test Kitchen. From the CSA: tomatoes, basil, garlic.
Zucchini Pancakes - Recipe from Penzey's. Ugh, garlic did *not* go well with maple syrup. From the CSA: zucchini.
Hobo Packs - A great standby for root vegetables. Grilled hobo packages of potatoes and carrots. From the CSA: carrots.

Made
Curried Chicken and Mango Wraps, adding saute greens and mixing everything together in the pan instead of keeping it all separate. You'd think I'd know better. It wasn't awful, but sandwiches with sauteed chicken with fresh mango and a mayo-yogurt-curry spread are Not At All the same thing as chicken sauteed with onion, saute greens, mango, yogurt, mayonnaise, and curry--which ended up as vaguely curry-flavored mango glop. It didn't taste good but the photo's awfully pretty. From the CSA: saute greens, onion, garlic.

As side dish to mango glop, made a salad. I love the edible flowers they include with the salad greens. From the CSA: salad greens, carrot, cucumber.
