I didn't know that in general, but Uptown-on-Calhoun (my morris team) has a dance in winter repertoire that's done to the tune of "Good King Wenceslas."

I have no idea how long ago it was choreographed. Since it's one of our winter season dances, I'm less familiar with it (I've missed most winter seasons since joining the team) and so I don't know what tradition it is (i.e. what village it comes from or what village's style it was written in).
