Found: A whole crapload of games.
Jun. 27th, 2007 09:06 pmI frequently entirely seriously/jokingly say that the world has a way of giving me presents for my birthday. The definition has expanded over time, from "my birthday" to "the week of my birthday" to, now, "the month of my birthday"--though I thought getting to attend seminars way out of my league and getting published photo credits was a pretty good birthday present!
The world loves me. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it. Heck, I'm typing at a desk that's proof of it (present, two years ago).
At Job #1, I work in the same building as Game Informer Magazine. They seem to have done a general house-keeping and cleaned out a bunch of old computer games, controllers, etc. They filled up an industrial-sized dumpster to "mounding over the top" stage.
I found it first.
1 hour later, it was down to 1/4 strength--mostly boxes and videos.
I have a lot of stuff. Most of it is crap. I have no idea what I will do with it--experiment with some of it, try and sell some of it, gift some of it to unsuspecting mortals--I don't know.
Phil is just pleased that it included an Ngage player with Lara Croft preloaded.
